Potential vendors who wish to do business with the City of Kannapolis are asked to fill out the vendor application form and submit it to the Finance Department and supply a list of products or services provided. The Finance Department will maintain a vendor file for future reference. All active vendors must have a current privilege license, when applicable. All vendors providing a service must also submit a W-9 form before the City can pay the invoices. A completed vendor application does not entitle a vendor to any particular solicitation. It is the potential bidder's responsibility to periodically check for bids.
